Stephen P Malasky CFO

Stephen Malasky joined the company in 1988, after graduating from Skidmore College.  Stephen is credited with establishing the custom home part of the business, which was at the time focusing on building commercial structures for their investment portfolio more than twenty years ago.  Stephen began by building one custom home on his own.  The home sold prior to its completion and thus Malasky Homes was born.  Stephen is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, with twenty plus years’ experience.  Stephen is primarily responsible for the company’s land acquisitions.  Stephen and his wife live in North Palm Beach where they are raising their two teenagers.  Stephen has been a woman’s lacrosse coach in the community and at the Benjamin School since 2007.
