Donald Malasky started in the real estate business as a builder in 1958. His grandfather had owned investment property in Pennsylvania when he first immigrated to the United States.
As founder of the company, Donald Malasky knew from an early age that he wanted to go to the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania, and earn a degree in real estate and finance. He has more than 50 years’ experience in all aspects of the real estate business. His expertise spans from building small “track” homes to large apartment and condominium communities to constructing and managing more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, to building multi-million dollar luxury estate homes. Donald resides in Palm Beach with his wife.
